What You'll Learn

Prepare to navigate the ever-changing business environment with topics addressing change management, strategy, and business ethics/corporate social responsibility. Sections focus on crisis communication, leading through unexpected change, implementing research-based strategies, and prioritizing ethical decision-making. Completing this module provides actionable ideas for implementation in the workplace.

The only predictable thing about change is its inevitability, and this section focuses on preparing leaders to lead change rather than manage it, while also covering communication and leadership during times of flux. Going beyond a typical SWOT analysis, the strategy section enables leaders to apply Porter's Five Forces to determine action and direction for their organization. The section on ethical thinking and corporate social responsibility explains how understanding these facets impacts organizational success.

Course Topics

  • Strategy
