Full course description

What You'll Learn

Build on your DEI foundations and first focus area. No matter your role in the workplace environment, developing awareness of the various dimensions of diversity — including race, gender, ethnicity, and generational differences — is a great place to begin your learning journey. In the Inclusive Workplaces focus, you'll go beyond awareness to explore how you can use your knowledge to develop and maintain an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environment.

Earn a professional certificate at your own pace in 90 days (from February 1). Once you've completed one course, you can stack your credential with other specialized DEI topics like Coalition-Building and Inclusive Workplaces.
